  • For an immersive outdoor experience, our tents feature roll-up walls that expose 360-degree screened panels. Enjoy panoramic views, fresh air, and natural light while staying protected from bugs—perfect for connecting with nature in comfort and a crossbreeze.

    Secondary bug-netted doors behind canvas outer doors, allowing you to close one set or both for customized ventilation and privacy.

  • 16.4’ Bell Tents that can fit 1-2 queen beds. They comfortably fit into a 30’ diameter space with the reflective guy lines.

Venue Requirements

    • A diameter of 30 feet per tent is recommended for safe and comfortable setups. 25 feet minimum.

    • Clear, flat ground with no branches or leaves overhead.

    • Ground must be soft enough to receive stakes for secure tent installation.

    • Proper drainage is required to prevent any issues in case of rain.

    • We require access to the venue from 10 AM to 5 PM the day before the event for setup and the day after for teardown.

    • Venues should have access for delivery vehicles and space for unloading and setting up tents.

    • Onsite contact must be available to coordinate and assist with any venue-specific needs.

  • Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions from the venue or local authorities to set up the tents.
